PACERS GAMING VS BUCKS GAMING – 2KL SEED WEEKS

INDIANAPOLIS – Pacers Gaming lost its first 3v3 series since June 24 and only its second since May 13 on Tuesday as Bucks Gaming came back to defeat Indiana 3-1 in the first series of the two-week NBA 2K League 3v3 “Seed Weeks”  competition.  The Pacers (15-4), only one win away from clinching the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, play Wednesday evening at 8:00 PM against Warriors Gaming Squad.

Indiana captured the first game of the best-of-five series, 22-19, as VANDI (Zach Vandivier) scored 15 points on five-of-seven shooting from the three-point arc.  WoLF (Bryant Colon) added four points and JOMAR (Jomar Varela-Escapa) scored three in the game, where the winner is the first team to score 21 points and win by two.  COOKS had 11 for Milwaukee.  Bucks Gaming took Game 2, 21-14, holding VANDI to 12 points and JOMAR and WoLF to a combined two points.  DAWSIX had 12 for the Bucks.

The Bucks went up 2-1 in the series with a 22-20 triumph in Game 3.  COOKS had 12 and DAWSIX had 10 for the victors.  No Pacer was in double figures as VANDI scored nine, WoLF tallied six and JOMAR netted five. Milwaukee won its third straight game and took the series with a 21-11 victory in Game 4 and DAWSIX and SEESE each scored eight.  Once again, no Pacer could hit double figures as VANDI only scored six while JOMAR and WoLF combined for five points in the disappointing loss.
